small fanreception staff
the air conditioning wasn't working properly in my superior room monts d'or view. when i complained, the reception staff offered a small fan. i found this unacceptable, especially given the price. (i mean, come on, a fan in a 4-star hotel?)

excellent viewrestaurant choicestrain station
the view from my room was excellent. a large shopping center near the hotel had many restaurant choices. the train station was also very close by.
the hairdryer in my room was broken and had been taped.

The location is excellent. I found the breakfast choices satisfying with all the necessary ingredients.
The reception staff seemed officious and not cute to me. The room and bathroom were absurdly small, I think.
